小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的发病特点分析与临床护理(1)

     [摘要]目的 探讨小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的发病特点及临床护理方法。方法 选取2014年3月～2015年6月我院收治咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿80例，并将其分为两组，对照组患儿采用常规护理，观察组患儿采用全程护理。比较两组患儿复发率、总满意度、住院费用及住院总耗时。结果 观察组患儿小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘复发率、满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组患儿住院费用与住院总耗时显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 通过对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的发病特点进行分析，实施全程护理，不仅能有效减少咳嗽变异性哮喘复发率、住院费用、住院时间，还能增加患儿家属对护理工作的满意度。
